Fake Fireman Up In Court

A man's been up in court after he admitted pretending to be a firefighter during the flooding in Gloucestershire last week.

49 year old Peter Jennings, was up at Stroud Magistrates' Court earlier.

He drove from his home in Liverpool in a car with a blue flashing light and then pent four days posing as a fire officer before being caught out.

He also gave people jobs to do and ordered fire pumps to be delivered to a pub in Tewkesbury.

England's first pub landlord to be prosecuted for flouting the new smoking ban has appeared in court.

Hugh Howitt, pleaded not guilty to twelve counts of failing to stop people lighting-up.
