Amy Winehouse cancells August tour
The turmoil surrounding soul singer Amy Winehouse seems to be never ending...
Winehouse left rehab a few days ago but will not be performing at England's V Festival this weekend.
The 23-year-old singer has cancelled all her touring commitments for August, a spokeswoman said.
In a statement last night, spokeswoman Tracey Miller said: "Amy Winehouse is putting all her touring commitments for this month on hold until further notice in order to address her health issues.
"Amy will now not be performing at this weekend's V Festival in Chelmsford and Staffordshire. Her family has requested that the media respect Amy's privacy at this time. There will be no further comment."
Winehouse is scheduled to begin a North American tour in September.
Singer Mylenee Klass's new born baby girl
Singer and Tv presenter Myleene Klass gave birth to a baby girl yesterday. Former Hear'Say singer went straight to hospital after co-presenting BBC1's The One Show with Adrian Chiles.
Her spokesman said: "Myleene had a problem-free labour, and mother and baby are doing well. She and Graham are ecstatic. The baby is named Ava Quinn."
Born three-and-a-half weeks early, baby Ava weighed 5lbs 90z.
"Myleene presented The One Show and felt a bit weird on the way home. She went to the hospital to get checked out and they told her she was in labour," her spokesman said.
"The birth went very smoothly and all is well, but her stint on the show is obviously over."
