A judge has refused Wesley Snipes' request to postpone his upcoming tax evasion trial.

The actor's been accused of fraudulently claiming refunds of almost six-million-pounds in the mid nineties.

Judge Terrell Hodges accused the actor of deliberately trying to avoid the charges.
