Censors Axe Manhunt 2

A revised version of video game Manhunt 2 has been rejected by censors.

The British Board of Film Classification first banned the title in June saying it constantly encouraged killing.

Makers made some changes but the board decided it wasn't enough.

It's the first video game in a decade to be refused a classification.
