Violence, gangs and sex offenders targetted

The Government will tell us today how they intend to stop violent crime.

They're concentrating on offences which involve knives and guns

It looks like the police are going to get airport style metal detectors to search people for weapons.

Another thing the Government want to do is let parents check if anyone coming into contact with their kids is a convicted sex offender.

They also think it's time to get really tough on sex offenders and gangs.
