Wesley Snipes could be going to jail.

Prosecutors in the States have called for the Blade star to get three years because he didn't pay tax.

He was convicted in February of failing to submit his taxes for five years.

Snipes could also face a multi-million pound fine.

Hollywood star loses father

Cameron Diaz's dad has died after becoming ill with pneumonia.

58 year old Emilio Diaz recently developed flu, which then turned into the deadly illness.

Diaz is currently filming her upcoming film My Sister's Keeper.

Well that's the rumours...but Amy is denying it.

The Back To Black star was rumoured to be working on the theme song with acclaimed DJ and producer Mark Ronson.

But Amy's people has denied the reports, saying the star is working with Ronson on her highly anticipated third album....and nothing else!

An investigation's underway after an Essex couple died yesterday when they "tussled" on a railway track and were then hit by a packed commuter train.

It happened in Harlow.

Essex police say they don't know who was pulling whom or why.
