Gym-buddy Gwynnie

While most women go out for cocktails with their girly mates, Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow have been spotted working out.

The pop superstar apparently invited Gwynnie to her personal gym at her London pad.

Madge recently revealed her new exercise regime consists of old-school aerobics and lots of 'band' work.

We're assuming that's like a big rubber band or something, and she's not doing press-ups with the Black Eyed Peas!
