No slammer for OC star!

It looks like OC actress Mischa Barton is going to avoid jail by accepting a plea deal in her drunk-driving case.

She was arrested in West Hollywood back in December.

The rumours are that she is going to plead no contest to the charges of driving under the influence and will serve a three-year unsupervised probation term.

If that's the case, then the 22 year-old will also have to pay a fine and she will have to take part in a 3 month alcohol-education class.
