Thieves target techno teens

Young people as young as eleven are being mugged for their iPod or mobile - and its happening to one-in-eight teenagers in the UK.

The Home Secretary Jacqui Smith's wants service providers to help protect young people from crime.

One idea is to have phones which you can only use once your fingerprints are scanned.

42 arrested after UEFA final

It all kicked before and after the UEFA Cup final between Rangers and St Petersburg last night.

The Scottish side lost the match 2-0, but the headlines were about all the trouble involving supporters and the police.

Around 42 people were arrested when fighting broke out in Manchester city centre.

One Russian fan was stabbed before the game.

Thousands of Rangers supporters were watching the match on a big screen - but when it broke down, people got frustated and pelted it with beer bottles.

Riot police were called in.

He was photographed snuggling up to her in a bar over there.

The rapper has been linked with the 21 year old singer in the past.

He split from his long-term girlfriend and the mum of three of his children Kim Porter last year.

Miss-demeanors

Teenage girls in our region are committing more crimes than ever before.

The Home Office has released official figures today.

They show that there's been a 25% increase in offences by young females aged 10 to 17, over the last three years.
