Jail date set for film star
It looks as if Wesley Snipes could go to jail on June 3rd - if he doesn't get bail.
It's understood he plans to appeal against tax convictions.
Last month the actor was sentenced to three years prison.
The 45 year-old will have to prove he's got a strong case and won't try to move abroad.
