George may have to stop dancing!

Doctors have apparently warned Britain's Got Talent Winner George Sampson never to dance again.

George won the final on Saturday, his prize was a cheque for £ 100,000 and the chance to perform for Prince Charles at the Royal Variety show.

But it's claimed George could be crippled for life if he keeps doing what he loves, because he has a rare spine disease - it has already left him partially blind in one eye.

George won the talent show by doing a dance routine to the classic tune 'Singin' In The Rain' and he has a famous fan apparently...there's rumours that Justin Timberlake has asked the 14 year old to join him on one of his tour dates to perform on stage with him!
