The Billionaire businessman Peter Cullum is not going to buy Norwich City football club.
The man who made £1.7billion from insurance has pulled out of negotiations with the canaries.
Cullum is the 40th richest man in Britain and a Norwich supporter - he expressed an interest in taking over at Carrow Road with a view to buying new players and helping the club back into the Premiership.
A joint statement on the club's website today though says that Delia Smith and the board haven't been able to agree a deal.
