Turner tells his side of story

X-Factor hopeful Alan Turner's been talking about the controversy surrounding his audition.

He told judges he'd been put into foster care when he was a toddler, and didn't know his real parents.

But his dad's claimed he was lying.

The 23 year olds now blamed the show's editors for causing confusion about his story.

He says his dad walked out of his life when he was 18 months old and then his mum gave him to his foster parents when he was 4.
