He was being sued by a Bahraini Prince, who claimed he gave Jacko nearly £5 million to go on tour, record an album and write an autobiography.

But jacko never did any of those things, and said he thought cash was a gift.

The case has now been settled out-of-court.

VAT's the way to do it!

It looks like VAT is coming down to try and get us all spending again before Christmas.

The tax that the Government put on the things we buy in the shops is going be reduced from 17.5% to 15%...that will make things slightly cheaper.

It's not often a Government does this kind of thing - the last time it was done was in 1974.

The reason it's being done is because lots of people haven't got much money left over at the end of each month at the moment - so we can't afford to buy things in the shops.

The man that looks after the UK's money Alistair Darling is giving a pre-budget speech today. One way we think he's going to recoup some of that money is to tax rich people more.
